I’m also a wife, mum of two, tennis player, accountant, black belt, cake baker, golfer, project manager, skier and wine lover – not necessarily in that order!
I have worked as a Change Manager for c.30 years having qualified as an Accountant and subsequently certified as a Project Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt. Within my career I held a number of management roles where the development, personal growth and well-being of others have always been my priority. After taking voluntary redundancy, when my office was closed it gave me the chance to decide what next.
I considered coaching and booked onto a NLP course in error - it was the best mistake I have ever made!
Through my training, I realised how natural coaching was for me; I had spent years coaching my children, my staff and my managers. The coaching and NLP tools and techniques amazed me in their simplicity and the results were fascinating. I immersed myself into learning more and more and decided that I wanted to share what I had learned to help others.

I consider myself to be like that champagne bottle; I am bubbling with energy and enthusiasm and bursting with inspiration and motiovation to empower you to be your best.
